HA5 Road Project Update 8/19/26 – Cinch Strap (Rescheduled)
Due to the recent weather delay, the Blue Section has been rescheduled for Wednesday, August 19th.
Road Affected:
• Cinch Strap Drive
• All other blue sections
Road Closure: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour closure)
We know many of you noticed this is a 12-hour closure instead of the usual 24 hours, so we reached out to Holbrook for clarification.
Per Mike Polletta with Holbrook Asphalt:
“All roads will receive two coats of HA5. In an effort to lessen the inconvenience to homeowners and assist with traffic control, some roads are only 12-hour closures. Cinch Strap will be the first one done that day, so it will get plenty of drying time. The other roads in that area already have one coat of HA5.”
A few reminders:
* Please have all vehicles off the street before 7:00 AM.
* Do not drive on the closed roadway. It can damage the new surface and may result in repair costs.
* Turn off all outdoor irrigation 24 hours before, during, and 24 hours after the application.
* If you need your vehicle during the closure, please park outside the work area before 7:00 AM.
