Arturo Meraz Corral
Arturo has been a resident of Eagle Crest Ranch since 2017 after retiring as an executive for a Fortune 500 Midwest company. His professional experience includes a diverse background from positions as Country Sales Manager, International Sales Training & Development Manager, Director level positions in HR and Sales & Marketing, Administrator for a State Agency among others. He holds a master’s degree in International Business and is ABD in a Doctoral Program on Management Theory & Practice. Alma mater is Northern Arizona University. Recently joined the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council.
Angela Frank
Hello ECR Neighbors!
My name is Angela Frank, and my family and I have had the pleasure of calling Eagle Crest Ranch home since the spring of 2019. I grew up in the close-knit town of San Manuel, Arizona, where the spirit of community runs deep. Growing up in a small town instilled in me a strong sense of connection and a commitment to community involvement.
This past year, I’ve had the honor of serving on the ECR Board of Directors as the board Secretary. It has been a truly rewarding experience to contribute to our neighborhood in this role, and I’m excited about the opportunity to continue serving as a steward of our wonderful community.
Professionally, I’ve spent much of my career in the public sector, where I find great fulfillment in helping others and working to make a positive impact. On the personal side, my husband and I have been married for 19 years. We share a love for travel and camping, and we’re always eager to explore Arizona’s natural beauty and discover new camping spots.
You’ll often see me out walking around our neighborhood, and I love meeting new faces and chatting with friends. So if you see me on one of my walks, please don’t hesitate to say hello—I’d love to get to know you!

Glenn Cascino
After retiring in Colorado, my wife and I moved to Eagle Crest Ranch in 2016 and love it here. I have helped the current HOA Board with several projects and would like to continue offering my services to help improve our community and make it a place we all can be proud of.
Manuel Calvo
Hi, I’m Manuel Calvo, a Tucson native and proud resident of Eagle Crest Ranch since 2016. My wife Laura and I moved here to start our family, and today we’re the happy (and tired) parents of two young boys, ages 19 months and 1 month. We’ve come to love this community and the many friendships we’ve built here.
I’ve been a registered nurse for 11 years and will begin a nurse practitioner program this fall. Laura is the Director of Finance at the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona. Together, we value service, community, and financial responsibility.
I’m honored to step into the role of HOA Treasurer and look forward to doing my part to support and strengthen our neighborhood. I’m committed to being transparent, responsible, and approachable as I serve our community.
Stefawna Welch
Hi to all of my fellow ECR neighbors. My name is Stefawna Welch. I have lived in ECR for 4.5 years with my husband Nico Welch previous board member and 3 sons. I am a Registered Nurse and my passion is caring for people. I am dedicated to continuing the work of the 2025 board and continuing to make our community beautiful and welcoming. I look forward to working with all homeowners to achieve these goals!
Become a Board Member
The Board of Directors are elected for a one-year term beginning January. Elections are managed by the Property management company. BoD candidacy and membership is open to ECR homeowners.
