Recommended Plant List
At Eagle Crest Ranch, we’re more than just a neighborhood – we’re a community that cares.
Recommended Plant List for the front, side and back yard
The following plants are recommended but not exclusive for use in common project landscape improvements in Eagle Crest Ranch. Those designated with (N) are native, indigenous plants, likewise, those designated with (T), for transitional area, may be used anywhere on the property. Plants designated with (P) are restricted to rear privacy areas. You may submit a Tree/plant/Shrub that is not mentioned on this list for approval.
All proposed landscape plans must be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee for review and approval, prior to implementation. (see Section 2.2, Landscaping)
All approved trees shall be maintained to 25 feet in the rear yard from the foundation of the house and 15 feet in the front or side yards.
Dwarf varieties of Citrus, Pine, Cypress, Juniper and Cedar trees whose mature growth height may reasonably be expected to be maintained at less than 15 feet, may be installed within privacy walled yard areas.
