Angela Frank

Hello ECR Neighbors!
My name is Angela Frank, and my family and I have had the pleasure of calling Eagle Crest Ranch home since the spring of 2019. I grew up in the close-knit town of San Manuel, Arizona, where the spirit of community runs deep. Growing up in a small town instilled in me a strong sense of connection and a commitment to community involvement.

This past year, I’ve had the honor of serving on the ECR Board of Directors as the board Secretary. It has been a truly rewarding experience to contribute to our neighborhood in this role, and I’m excited about the opportunity to continue serving as a steward of our wonderful community.

Professionally, I’ve spent much of my career in the public sector, where I find great fulfillment in helping others and working to make a positive impact. On the personal side, my husband and I have been married for 19 years. We share a love for travel and camping, and we’re always eager to explore Arizona’s natural beauty and discover new camping spots.

You’ll often see me out walking around our neighborhood, and I love meeting new faces and chatting with friends. So if you see me on one of my walks, please don’t hesitate to say hello—I’d love to get to know you!
Warm regards,
Angela

Board Member – ARC Chair

Nicholas Welch

My name is Nick Welch, and I have lived in ECR since 2020 with my wife and three sons and currently am ARC Committee Chair. I moved around a lot as a child and wanted a different life for my boys. I wanted them to have lifelong friendships and a community to call home and we found ECR to be that place. I have over 20 years experience in Construction Management, mining and dirt work. I have a high interest  in ECRs land management and making it better  for our community and for all homeowners to keep our values intact. I support and value the work the 2023 board has done and would like to continue helping with their excellent progress and work.

Jim Philo

My wife Kathie and I purchased our home in Eagle Crest Ranch in 2011. We split time for several years between our home in the Midwest and Tucson, then became full-time residents here in 2022.

Kathie has been active as a volunteer in the Eagle Crest Ranch community, and I am a charter member of the Monument Team.

My work background includes management and director level positions with three Fortune 500 companies. I retired from the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN in 2013.
I was happy to accept a position on the 2024 ECR Board of Directors when an opening occurred due to the current Treasurer’s relocation. My interest in joining the BOD is to see the sense of community continue to grow, while we maintain and enhance the value of the neighborhood and our properties.
